Tuohy family intends to end conservatorship for Michael Oher, lawyers say

Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy intend to end their conservatorship for Michael Oher, their lawyers said at a Wednesday news conference.
Oher, 37, filed a petition this week alleging the Tuohys tricked him into the legal agreement.
Lawyer Randall Fishman said the Tuohys plan to enter into a consent order to end the conservatorship. Oher, a former offensive tackle and Ole Miss standout, filed the petition in Shelby County, Tenn., probate court Monday requesting to close the co-conservatorship.
