Rodgers: It’s going to be a ‘few-year partnership’ with Jets

It sounds like Aaron Rodgers is going to enjoy an extended stay in the Big Apple.
Rodgers said Tuesday his stint with the New York Jets will be a “few-year partnership,” according to ESPN’s Rich Cimini.
The quarterback’s comments come after he recently signed a reworked deal with the Jets. Rodgers’ guaranteed money over the next two seasons will fall from roughly $110 million to $75 million under the restructured agreement. As a result, his cap hit for the following three campaigns will be $8.9 million, $17.2 million, and $23.5 million, per Over The Cap.
